The collaboration with Nike's brand team focused on developing a unique identity for a series of boutique stores. These stores, set to launch in vibrant neighborhoods globally, aimed not only to showcase and sell classic Nike footwear but also to serve as cultural hubs, featuring artwork and books from local neighborhood artists.

Recognizing the need for a modular and consistent brand identity across diverse cityscapes, our team conceptualized a flexible brand logotype and system. By creating a cohesive yet adaptable branding approach, we ensured that the essence of Nike's identity resonated with the local culture, fostering a sense of connection and authenticity in each boutique store and city.

Extending the brand identity into the tangible elements of a packaging system was a crucial aspect of our design strategy for Nike's boutique stores rebranding. The packaging was conceived as an extension of the brand experience, kept intentionally simple to highlight the unique character of each city.

This simplicity in the brand system facilitated a harmonious integration of these elements across different cities, maintaining a consistent core identity while allowing for variations that celebrated the diversity of each location.

The integration of Nike's recognizable typography system, particularly the extensive use of Futura Condensed, played a pivotal role in applying the flexible brand identity to various visual elements. Embracing Nike's established typeface ensured a consistent and instantly recognizable brand presence across all materials. The use of Futura Condensed in signage, storefront displays, and promotional materials maintained a cohesive visual language.
